Richard Zaretsky, its President, is Florida Board Certified in Real Estate by the Florida Bar for over 20 years. Automated has been serving the needs of buyers and sellers of homes and commercial properties throughout the State of Florida. No deal is too big or too small for our team of experienced closers and title examiners, and under the guidance of Mr. Zaretsky, problems are professionally analyzed for resolution expeditiously.
Richard P. Zaretsky
Richard P. Zaretsky settled in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1975 after obtaining his law degree Cum Laude from Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, earning his BA in Economics. First working as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, he opened a private practice of law in 1978 and continues his practice today in West Palm Beach. Although Mr. Zaretsky started his practice with the general practice of law, he strove to specialize in real estate matters. The result is that Mr. Zaretsky was Board Certified in Real Property Law in 1995 by the Florida Bar, and now practices in the areas of real estate law (both transactional and litigation) and commercial transactions. He is principal in the law firm of Zaretsky Law Group, whose attorneys provide legal services in real estate and business transactions, state and federal taxation, estate planning and administration, family law, immigration, family law, and civil litigation. Mr. Zaretsky is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, their highest rating for attorneys is awarded super lawyer status and is suburb highest rated by his clients on Avvo.
For over 36 years Mr. Zaretsky has operated Automated Land Title Company, a Florida title insurance agency and real estate settlement company serving the entire state. Automated Land Title Company handles transactions for acquisition, refinance and construction of homes, land and commercial properties, from $10,000 to tens of millions of dollars.
In 2003, drawing on 28 years of experience representing financiers, Mr. Zaretsky and his son Max, created Zemaso Management Company, a private “bridge loan” lender. The company has offices in West Palm Beach.
Mr. Zaretsky is a speaker on real estate matters for Bar Associations, Realtor Associations, and government-sponsored consumer education seminars.
Abraham “Max” Zaretsky
Abraham “Max” Zaretsky, is a native of Palm Beach County. After graduating from Columbia University in 2001, he co-founded Zemaso Management Company which created and managed a private investment fund that originated senior and mezzanine mortgage loans on investment properties in South Florida. Mr. Zaretsky has also arranged financing transactions for individuals and companies statewide and nationwide. While managing Zemaso, Max also organized and licensed All America Reverse Mortgage as a Florida Lender focused on making Reverse Mortgages. Max acted as the principal broker and operated the entity until late 2009.
At that time, Max became deeply involved with Richard P. Zaretsky PA, and was integral in building the firm to nationwide recognition in the fields of distressed financial workouts for lenders and borrowers. Max managed the firms operation’s in these areas until 2010 at which time he chose to earn his Juris Doctor degree, which he was able to earn in just 30 months, graduating Magna Cum Laude and with honors in 2012 from Nova Southeastern University.
Honors received while at law school included Dean’s List, Highest Class Grade awards in Federal Income Tax, Wills and Trusts, and Corporate Workshop, as well as being chosen as a Contributing Member of the International Citator and Research Guide.
Max uses his many years of business experience to offer practical problem-solving solutions to his clients. Max is patient and creative in his approach to business matters, and he incorporates his experience with his legal knowledge to accomplish workable and lasting results.
In addition to his academic and work experiences, Max has been active on the Board of Directors of his condominium association, acting as either President or Vice-President for that time. While President, he fought for and obtained over $2 million in Hurricane Wilma insurance funds and managed the application of those funds.
